1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, as our products fall under consumable food items.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or videos as proof for verification.
3. Replacement / Refund
After verification, we will offer a replacement or process a refund based on the issue. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delay caused by courier services
